Refund policy

 

Buy it, try it and, if it doesn't suit you or if it doesn't look as good as you want, send it back.

You have 14 days from your order delivery date to change your mind and return your item.

The products must be in perfect condition:
- No use marks and no visible damage;
- With the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.

Access your account at this link. In the "History" option choose the order you want to return, select the item, reason for return, and select the method of refund;
If you don't have an account created with us, no problem! To register your return we ask you to access this link, fill in the form with your first and last name, e-mail, and order number, you should then be able to select the item/s you wish to return to start the process.

To return your order:
1. Place the products inside the original brand box, and then inside the Fly London box;
2. Stick the return label* on the outside of the Fly London box, replacing the shipping label previously used;
*This label is sent inside the Fly London box, if you have not received it, please contact us!
3. As soon as the item you wish to return is ready, deliver the package to the nearest pick-up point of the delivery company.

Once these steps are taken, sit back and relax. After your parcel has been collected from the drop-off point your refund shouldn't take longer than 10 working days to be processed back into the original payment method.

Please note that this estimate time refers to the refund process itself. Depending on your payment method it take can take a few extra days for the amount to show on your bank statement.

Returns from Madeira and Azores:
Shipping to the Portuguese Islands does not include a return label. In these cases you will need to contact us by email at help@flylondon.com.
